When to test?

I can't quite figure out when I should test?

I don't really "feel" pregnant, except that I am peeing all the time. But isn't it way too early for that?!?
I'm wondering if maybe I'm just drinking more all of a sudden or something-- but last night I got up twice to use the bathroom, and I never do that. My breasts don't hurt, dd is still nursing and it doesn't bother me at all..
This was our first month 'trying' although it was just random- I'm too lazy to chart or anything

I'd like to test, but I'm thinking it's too early..
my lmp was May 15th

Do you mean your period is already late? Heck, I test as soon as I can, though I'd love to be one of those Mamas who doesn't test for a long time.

No, it's not late yet.. but I'm not quite sure when to expect it because the cycle length varies. I know for sure that my last period was May 15th, so I'm guessing I shouldn't test 'til the 14th or so? (according to that due date calc. on BBC)..

I tested positive at like...10 DPOish. With a dollar store test.

Lizzo- thanks for your reply. I have wondered about those dollar store tests.. we have a Dollar Tree near us and I saw them, but I didn't know how reliable they were. Guess maybe I will have to try them!

do you know when you ovulated? usually around 12-14 days past ovuation, you test.

you can test whenever you want though. i get my tests from testforless.com and they are .69. so it's no problem to use a few. course if you test too early you can get a false negative.

I normally start at 10 DPO with testing & test until my temp drops or I start my new cycle. I love to POAS

I love to POAS, too, that's the problem!!
I just didn't want to waste a bunch of tests.

I don't really know when I ovulated- I definitely saw the signs, but I didn't keep track of what day it was (I'm terrible like that). It's actually good for me that I remembered the day of my last period!
It would be so much easier if I knew which day I o'd!

I think maybe I will test tomorrow or the day after with FMU.

my LMP was may 16th, and i tested yesterday and got a faint positive! i say test! :P

I was wrong...my LMP was May 3rd...my midwife said my EDD will be the 10th of Feb and I tested on...the 24th...seems way too early to have gotten the positive I got...but oh well.

Well.......my LMP was May 14th and I tested this morning and got a nice clear positive. I say pee woman!!

My LMP was the 14th and I tested yesterday morning with a $ Store test and it was either negative or the faintest positive I've ever seen. I tested again that night (after holding it for 4.5 hours) and got a positive on a First Response test.
