I also want to second Angela's recommendation for lots of food. I had a really short labor so nothing got eaten during my labor (actually my MW didn't get there until a half hour after he was born
) but it was so nice to have it afterwards. Easy to eat snacks and meals dropped off by friends and family are wonderful. I really like that Recharge electrolyte drink and think I went through 3-4 bottles of it in the first few pp days. I normally drink just water, but for some reason it just felt good to drink that stuff.







. The food idea is a great one, with my daughter when anyone asked if they could do anything I said "bring food". I started telling family and close friends they couldn't come over unless they were bearing food
