Us too! As it was first beginning hubby was pretty sceptical, but now he's as hooked as I am! Chef Ramsey is great! We Michael last season, hope they give an update...

Yeah, we liked him also.

Can't wait, he is ruthless in the kitchen. Did you see the previews of the guy sweating in the food? Gross...

I have never seen it before, but we keep hearing commercials about it, so we are going to Tivo it. My daughters are excited about watching it with me. Can't wait to see it!

Be forewarned, there is alot of cursing and yelling.

I can't wait, didn't realize it started tonight. I have been watching Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares alot lately, he's not as harsh on there.

Cannot stand that guy!! :

So that's a no from me. I know someone who digs it though.

watching it right now!!

I watched it and loved it! Ramsey isn't really a jerk though, he is just a perfectionist, and he likes to see how far he can push people. WHen you see him outside of the competitive stuff - like the rewards dinners, he is quite nice.

I watched tonight for the first time ever, and I noticed that. To be honest, that just made him worse for me. I'd have slightly more regard for the guy if he was just a jerk and couldn't help himself, but that he's actually able to be decent and nice and he's being so horrible for the show or to manipulate and scare those people - ugh. :

Plus, I found all the bleeping so annoying. I like a good swear, believe me I do, but there was so much bleeping I honestly couldn't figure out what these people were saying half the time.

So, no, I won't be watching again.

We watched it and LOVED It!!! I feel for those poor chef's though....but they knew what they were getting into since its the second season. I guess if you want something bad enough, you can put up w/ alot of crap!

I've worked in quite a few kitchens, and the head chef can't be nice. It sucks, but that's usually what it takes.

I loved it. There are a few people I don't like, the annoying girl who cheered and that Virginia. Did you hear when Virginia said she wouldn't mind getting to know him on another level? Yeah babe I can see that happening... The biker chick looks tough but we didn't get to see much of her skills. Everyones dropping like flies, can't wait til next week.

Alot of it IS the show. If you watch Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares he is tough but not to the point that he is on the show. The attitude on the show is for ratings. It isn't just him for the ratings, the people they bring in to eat have their own attitudes on display to increase ratings. The chanting for food, um grow up. The people going there to eat have to know he isn't actually cooking their food and that there are amature chefs in the kitchen doing it.

However if i had to sit there with 12 people and try to turn them into a top chef in 10-11 weeks I"d probably have alot of attitude too.lol To get a top chef there has to be a certain level of perfectionism. 1 1/2hours to get an appetizer out.

That sweating into the food turns me off of eating, that is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OO beyond disgusting. There is no way that guy will win, could you imagine watching this show then going to that restaurant knowing about that. A bandana will only hold a certain amount of sweat. Can you imagine if none of them had noticed that and the food went out?!

I like Heather, she reminds me alot of Michael from last time. Hopefully her burned hand doesn't interfere.

I wasn't surprised Larry(I think, the guy who got sick) left. I don't think he would have lasted long.

Are the diners in the restaurant actually actors? We figured that they have to be. It's all a set, isn't it?

The bleeping was really annoying; I would rather have heard the swearing rather than the bleeping.

I'm rooting for Heather!

I do understand that, but he's waaaaaaaaaaaay beyond just 'not nice'. More like horrible, insulting and abusive, and while I do understand it's for ratings or whatever I personally didn't find it enjoyable to watch.

I think that Sara is a conniving witch. I do think that Heather is awesome, and she doesn't seem to let Ramsey bother her.

It was great when they had all the kids in there for lunch. What a mess. I definately wouldn't wanna have to clean that up.

My dad is an amazing cook, and he learns it all from watching Food Network. I told him that he should go on the show, and he told me he had thought about it, but if that guy got in his face he would flip out.

On the first episode this season didn't one of the guys say something about signing a paper which said they wouldn't hit/get in a physical altercation with anyone(or was that a different reality show?).
