Help my house smells like cat pee!

Help! I'm trying to sell my house. We did all the work to make it look really, really good. It's been a month long process but we're all ready...except my house smells like cat pee. My realtor said she could smell it when she came in the house. I love my kitties and I'm not sure what the problem is with them. I was hoping for some wisdom. If I mixed tree tee oil and water and sprayed it all over, would that help? Baking soda? Other recommendations. I have to get house sold before I lose every last cent I have and my beloved kitties may be slowing down the process. Any suggestions??:

Yes, I would try the tea tree oil spray and the baking soda. I would sprinkle baking soda on the carpets and maybe mix some sort of essential oil with it. Leave it over night and vaccum in the morning or sprinkle some on the rug just before a showing. This will depend on what color your carpets are. You don't want to see white stuff on the carpet. You can also put some in a decorative dish and set it on the table. You'll be able to smell it.

When we were selling our house the rug in the basement had a funny odor because of our two dogs. I sprinkled baking soda and eucalyptus. The eucalyptus was a little strong but it worked. You might want to try something citrusy and refreshing like orange or bergamont.
