Outdoor Allergies-What to take for bf'ing, ttc mom & my toddler

Hey mamas.
I was wondering if anyone knows what I could safely take (preferably herbal/natural) to treat my seasonal outdoor allergies. They are SOOOOOOOOOOOO bad right now. I am trying to get pregnant ( and hoping I am this month) and I also breastfeed my 17 mo daughter. Is there *anything* I can take???
Also my 17 month old...anything safe at her age for her to take? Poor thing has outdoor allergies as bad as me. :

I safely used loratadine (claritin) OTC with no ill effects. It did not even touch my milk supply like everything else seems to do.

Tons of probiotics, that's how I got rid of mine, homemade kefir and yogurt from raw milk.

Raw honey from your area too.

I had great success with Vitamin C. I take anywhere from 2grams to 12grams (yes, 12!) a day depending on the season and more when I am sick. If taking Vitamin C, I would recommended a buffered C since the regular absorbic acid stuff is hard on your stomach.

I have also had good success with kefir. Ever since I started my kefir, I've been able to reduce my Vitamin C intake.
