I must try them, every product or non product that comes in to contact with my face makes it red and flakey and angry.

from the looks of it they sell those types of cloths at car stores (for washing and buffing your car up). Is that what you're looking for? Otherwise, I don't know

I'm not sure! I just know I have heard people say they use them to wash their faces. I don't know what they are talking about.

I use the ones from the automotive section, dampened with witch hazel.

Since I've started this as my cleansing method, my rosacea, acne, *and* flakiness have all improved greatly!

Any 'mart type of store, Dollar General, etc. has them in the auto section.

Make sure the cloths you buy don't say anything about being antibacterial or mold-resistant. That usually means it has Triclosan or other germicides/pesticides.

I think what the other ladies are talking about would work nicely - I use them for cleaning, but it didn't occur to me to use them on my face. One brand is called "Handi-wipes". It's like a mesh nylon/fiber blend cloth. Very cheap and I don't think it has any chemicals already in it. Worse comes to worst, just wash them one time before using.

Facial scrub-brushes

I forgot to mention -- you can buy small facial scrub brushes at Sally's Beauty supply and perhaps some grocery stores and pharmacies. It basically looks like a humongous toothbrush, only with a round head, and the bristles are feather-soft, not hard. It's so cheap too.

I used to squirt some facial soap on to this and scrub my face in a gentle circular motion when I was a teenager and didn't have any acne. I should probably pick that habit up again and use that scrub brush - my skin is worse as an adult with hormone problems....I did use it once or twice a few months back and put Cetaphil, tea tree oil and a pinch of baking soda and my face felt fabulous. The face brush and cleanser only works great too.

Anyway, the scrub brush would be convenient since you can stick it in the same container you keep your toothpaste or keep it somewhere else. You can use it and rinse it and you don't have to keep washing cloths. If you need to deep clean that brush for any reason, I'm sure you can toss it in the dishwasher.
