anyone have one that they like that isn't overly scented. i want something to neutralize the odor but i'm thinking sprays are bad.

i'm looking at this candle by fresh wave. anyone try it?

Does it have to be a candle? My dh makes a brew that really helps out house smell better after cooking fish or with garlic. He puts lemon juice and a slice of lemon in a pot of water with cloves and cinnamon and anything else that smells good in the spice area. He lets it boil and then stew for a while. Makes the house smell great.

hmm interesting...a candle sounds easier, but possibly more dangerous.

"He puts lemon juice and a slice of lemon in a pot of water with cloves and cinnamon and anything else that smells good in the spice area. He lets it boil and then stew for a while. Makes the house smell great."

so he is using fresh spices?

Soy candles are awesome! The ones I sell are less expensive than those Fresh Wave ones. And we have certain scents that are stronger and some that are lighter. If you'd like a free sample of a few of the scents I have I can send you a scent sample, just pm me.

i'm afraid to buy a candle online. i think it would melt on the way here.

my mall doesn't have a kitchen store. they have a yankee candle company but they stopped selling soy candles at least at that store.

i think my problem is that i have been putting food scraps in the trash sometimes. gotta be more diligent about that.

i asked dh about a light scent. he said NO WAY. he starts sneezing after i put moisterizer on poor guy.

Careful, some candles was a lead wire in the wick.

They are those tiny crosk pots you could keep a concotion of spices in.

Also there are those things that put essential oil into the air.

Can you sprinkle some baking soda in the trash now and again? That might help.
