Maybe it's the combination of ingredients used in Heartland's ranch dressing. Try comparing their ingredients to the ingredients of a dressing that she has tolerated well. Or maybe it's the combination of ingredients of dressing with chicken strip batter.

how scary!
Could be that she developed an allergy to something that was previously ok....my son ate strawberries several times before having a horrible reaction. I would not put any potentially allergic oils on her skin...wouldnt want to risk a reaction (which is why I wont let the allergist retest my kids with a skin test....just the inital one and now I request blood testing)

yes, you can develop an allergy to something you've eaten plenty of times before. I'd keep a food diary adn never go anywhere without 2 epipens on hand.
