We like "Shrek Shakes" (very green in color!). The recipe changes every time, but basically it is:
Rice milk (or other milk)
A couple handfuls of spinach (or other greens) - you really can't taste them!
2 Tablespoons of liquid chlorophyll
1-2 ripe bananas
a few handfuls of other frozen fruit (strawberries, mangos, peaches all work)
If you use non-frozen "other" fruit, I suggest using frozen spinach instead of fresh. Or you can use ice.
Can sweeten to taste with honey, but we don't.
