Ok.. I'm confused

which really does not take much at this point.. Ok........ My LMP was May7th ( O, I have been playing with the due date calculators )... I Ovulated on the 22nd of May.. So I have been plugging in my info, and 3 out of 4 sites say I am 6 weeks, but one says I am 5wks 2 days.. ( I would be 5 wks 2 days right? ) Not 6 weeks:
My software program gave me Due date of Feb 12th.

Most pg calculators go by the first day of you last period. They start counting the weeks from that day not the day you concieved.

If you ovulated on the 22nd of May you are technically 3 weeks 2 days pregnant (that's hold old the baby is) but in medical speak you are 5 weeks 2 days because they count the 2 weeks prior to ovulation in the 40 weeks of pregnancy.

The calculator may be saying 6 weeks because you are IN your 6th week. You have completed 5 weeks and are 2 days into the 6th week right? So it's all in how you look at it.

ETA: as for the due date it doesn't really matter much since every woman gestates for a different amount of time. I would suggest telling everyone the baby will be coming "sometime in the end of Feb. or the beginning of March" That way you wont be getting constantly bugged if you gestate longer.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OK, Now I get it, with the whole 2 days thing, which places me into the 6th week, but not completed 6th week right?
O I get the whole we go , when we go, regardless of due date. I am an elective section, so really does not matter DATE WISE, but Mind wise for me.. Knowing how far along I am, I sort of need it..

My LMP was May 1st...my due date is 2/5/07 due to the computer generated verisons...MY real due date will be closer to 2/8/07 since I use NFP & temp-

I am in my 6th week (& 2 days) so I am 6-2. The 2 doesn't bump you into your next week...you have to complete all 7 days before you get to have the next number I am 4 weeks past conception date & 6 weeks *into* my pregnancy.
