((HUGS)) Sounds exactly like a gallbladder attack.

I dealt with these CONSTANTLY through my last pregnancy and ended up with surgery to remove my gallbladder 6 weeks after giving birth. I would definately call your ob and get an ultrasound scheduled to check your gallbladder, and have some blood tests ran as well.
It's important to get this checked out. Could potentially be very serious. There ARE natural ways to cleanse your gallbladder that "could" get rid of the stones, but they are dangerous to try while pregnant. It's best to keep it regularly monitored throughout your pregnancy, just in case (emergencies like jaundice, stone blockage or a rupture DO happen- not to mention the pain.) Hot baths were my best friend during these attacks, as well as drinking LOTS of apple cider. It will help to soften the stones.
Also- very important to avoid greasy or spicy foods, as they cause your gallbladder to release lots of bile, which causes the stones to flow up into the bile duct, which causes the pain. It's basically the bile trying to push through a blocked or very small opening. Like if a small stone was stuck in the opening of a ketchup bottle while you were trying to *forcefully* squeeze the ketchup out. Make sense?? I remember coffee, chocolate, and onions seemed to really cause me problems. I've heard citrus bothers other people with this problem as well.
In the beginning, my attacks would only last about half an hour then just suddenly go away. Near the end they were severe and lasting for 12 or 14 hours at a time. Stones getting completely stuck in the duct- hurt worse than both my natural labors put together!!

: During those times it's best to lay on your right side and stay submerged in warm water as much as possible. It will help the stone to sort of "fall" back to where it needs to be. Sometimes it's the most painful position to be in, but is the "ultimate" side to lay on to aid in bile flow and gallbladder activity.

Heating pads on your right side help, too!
Let me know if you need any other advice or help (even though I think I just wrote you a book- LOL). Feel free to pm me anytime. I dealt with HORRIBLE gallbladder pain for over a year, the worst of it through 10 months of pregnancy. I'd be glad to help in any way. Praying for you....
