Weirdness.. re-adhesion?

About 2 weeks ago Alex came to me and told me that the big adhesion that he had was gone. Now tonight he came to me and said that its back.

He says that he has not retracted his foreskin at all since he found out it became detatched and this evening he thought he would wash like the doc suggested last month, but when he tried to pull his foreskin back it was really tight and then he noticed it was adheared again. Its adhered again right where it was before and it looks very firmly attached.

Any suggestions? I told him to just leave it alone its OK, that it wasnt really ready to come apart and it needs a little more time. He asked if he should clean and I said to not worry about it, it will let him know when it wants cleaned.

Good advice on the leaving it alone and clean it when it wants to be cleaned : My thought on the readhearing is that since he hasnt been retracting it since it first happened when the raw edges healed it reattached. It will come loose again when it is ready and prolly for good.

Foreskin detachment is a hormonal process, so if he doesn't have a high enough level of circulating hormones, yes, the foreskin can re-attach. As he gets closer to puberty, it should come loose.

Hrm OK .. He's started puberty, this was confirmed by his doc visit last month. But yea i guess the early stages of puberty might not affect it thast much.
