severe seasonal allergies

Thread Starter
I have terrible seasonal allergies that keep me up almost all night. My ds "wakes" me about every 3 to 4 hours to nurse. I'm lucky if I get 2 hours of sleep a night. What can I take that's "natural" while I'm breastfeeding???

BTW, the allergies are to grass and trees. I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Hang in there, the tree season is over. Grasses should be done in a few weeks.

Probiotics -homemade yogurt/kefir- cured mine. There's many studies which support this.
