I think this may be my first post here. Why? I have a daughter. 
My stepson though is intact so every now and then I do read something here if I think I should know it (he's 5).
This last visit we had with him he complained of his "stuff" hurting (his word). He was crying and pretty upset. We didn't know what was going on. DH was VERY nervous and antsy about it. He asked me what I thought! I told him that he's probably just starting to retract and if he's playing with it it might just be irritated and since he had banged himself on the playground a few times I'm sure that came in contact with the equipment. So when we got home (we were on our way home since DSS had smacked himself into the playground pretty hard) DH had DSS show him where it hurt but before he did he double checked with me to make sure he didn't retract it!
When we first got married DH said you were supposed to blah blah blah and I jsut kept correcting him. I'm so glad to see he remembered! AND he's always teasing me about asking "Mothering" something....you're my default answer service. But he knew I had been reading things here and so he came to me before doing anything. 
Not a spectacular post but just wanted to share that DH is now a bit more educated on the intact penis!
