Peeling skin on penis

My DS is circed (which I deeply regret and would never do again, I swear!). We went swimming today in one of those salt converter pools (where you add salt to the water and it is converted to chlorine). Everyone had wrinkly fingers and so forth after swimming, but when we got home I took of his diaper and noticed that the skin on the head of his penis was peeling pretty badly. He was picking at it and trying peel of the dry patches. I got him some lotion to put on it but I'm not sure what to do for him (or not to do if that is the case).

Any help would be appreciated.

My feet used to peel after a long day at the pool. It's probably the same thing. I wouldn't worry about it. Just let him take a couple of plain-water baths (no bubbles) and you can put a little bit of bath oil in the water to moisturize the skin.

Thanks! That sounds like a good idea.
