Ezzo is baby-training that has been condemmed by the AAP, and is pretty much child abuse lite. It is marketed as "Christian" parenting and raising "Godly" children, but all it really is is espousing neglect and rigid domination over your child.

I have no idea about the Baby Whisperer.

parenting books. they advocate a certain style of parenting. no idea though b/cuz i parent instinctively

Babywhispering is another form of sleep training. If I recall correctly, it works on the "EASY" principle: eat, activity, sleep, you time.
