Is she close to you? I mean, a father's girlfriend's friend is not usually someone who I would personally consider it being appropriate for her to give nagging harping parenting advice to you anyway *unless* you happen to be really close to her.

this woman is an absolute nobody. I hate her, my dh hates her, my own father can't stand her, but his girlfriend always says "she's our friend and she needs us". Her own family doesen't talk to her. I tell everyone she knows that she suffers from BBS. Which I've labeled Bitter B$&tch Sydrome. Fine by me, but I'm not going to be nice to her... On a funnier note the same day probably about 2 hrs after her circ comment she was in the pool and didn't want to be splashed, so my extremely mature husband dived in doing a huge cannonball and got her so wet. She was so pissed and my brother and I laughed out loud.. My dh then very loudly says I'm not a talker, I"m a do'er. So we are determined to make her life a living hell..

Um... I'd just like to say. Perhaps you could sternly warn her in advance not make any negative remarks about being intact when ds is w/in earshot... and to please them to herself because you never know when he might be not seen, but around!

If she makes another comment about your son (in earshot or not) needing circ (which is a cosmetic procedure), maybe you should start commenting about which cosmetic surgeries you think SHE should have!

I figured my next comment on my son's penis, will be sparked with my comment saying "I"m surprised you still know what they look like".

I'm going to be so nasty from now on that she'll probably not want to be around. And if so and my son gets to be the age where he can start to comprehend her comments, than we will no longer visit with my dad.
