I made NT ginger ale a month or so ago. I followed the recipe, except I used two quart-sized jars instead of a one two-quart sized jar. I drank one and opened the other last night and it was moldy. Does that mean there's a problem with the whey? I've also had a batch of ketchup get moldy on me. What am I doing wrong?
