Potters, help with glazes

Hey all. I need help with finding a glaze receipe. I need a good red. Something that dosen't have to be babysat and then never turns out nice anyhow, the problem I am haveing with my pete's red glaze. Blech. Dose anyone have a good glaze reciepe? Ohh I forgot I need it to be functional and either a cone 6 or 10 glaze. TIA

I have not mixed glazes since college. We got banned from using tomato red because it was sticking to the kiln shelves and effecting all other glazes.

Most of the members at the studio I work out of are potters. I am pretty sure that this guy that is pretty good with glazes goes to this discussion group http://www.ceramics.org/clayart/ to get information ... he talks about clay art. He also sent me a link for a yahoo group called potterbarter, which you might post a link there; mostly it is stuff that people are selling or wanting to buy. I think you will need to look for a more specialized discussion group for that kind of infomation.
