Funny they won't pay for lactation services or mammograms, a real medical issue, but they don't have any problems paying for circumcision, a cosmetic procedure. Yeah, and by funny I mean idiotic.
I do have to say that I have BCBS-MI and I only had a $50 co-pay for my Medela PIS but it had to be ran through my OB's office as a prescribed "treatment".
