Oh, hugs. This is how I feel too. I cry daily, hourly thinking about my attempted VBAC. It's so hard... but with my first cesarean I felt much better after several months. It slowly gets better. ICAN is a great resource and the meetings are very healing. Let yourself cry, let yourself be sad about it. It's one of the most difficult things in life, but then it brings us the greatest joys...
