Buffy!!

well of course there are others out here. My husband and I are both fans. We have all the seasons of both Buffy and Angel (and Firefly for Whedon fans) We actually put them on our wedding registry 3 years ago - odd? yes, but we had enough towels! Why not get what we really want as gifts
We been through both series once and are restarting Buffy.

We have seen so many characters in other roles lately, and definitely noted all the character exchanges (I'm sure you got this, but River in Firefly was Giselle from Angel. The ballet episode where he and Cordy started gettng too friednly)

Gotta check out the comics. Love, love, love Joss, and the fact that he sings " grrrr, aarrrrghhhh" at the end of one more time with feeling.

I read over all the posts (bad, bad, people! I'm supposed to be working - you're a bad influence!) I have a lot of things to look up. I'm behind on a lot it seems. Of course, I'm on dial-up, so the websites take forever for me to look up (can't get cable or DSL right now -ACK!)

We turned off our t.v. service and now just watch movies or tv series on DVD. good thing - you can watch an entire season and not have to wait for the next episode. Bad thing - you have to wait a year for the season - and try not to hear what happened.
We just watched the second season of House. How is this Buffy related you ask?
So far, Andrew and Warren have both been patients in the clinic - we're waiting for Jonathan! and Dawnie was a major case.

Am I the only one who *really* liked Riley? I know that he and Buffy were bad together, but I liked him. He was cute.

riley as an individual was fine, i liked his wife and them together when they cam back for that one episode, i just didn't like them together, not as much as i liked her with spike or angel... and i didn't like the whole army story line that he was involved in, but riley as a guy, he was a nice guy with good intentions, ok in my buffy book.

Yeah, Riley was OK as a guy but I didn't like how he couldn't support Buffy. He was intimidated by her strength and power, and couldn't help her in the ways she was vulnerable (pulling away as her mother was dying, acting like she was ignoring him.)

He drove me nuts. I hated that he was so competitive with Buffy and hung up on her being stronger and a better fighter. Definitely not my kind of man. I agree that I liked him with his wife, just not with Buffy.

I've been watching Angel Season 3 during my workouts and I'm about to be where Connor gets kidnapped. I almost don't want to watch it. It's so upsetting.
