NT bread recipes?

Has anyone tried the NT bread recipes? I'm thinking of trying the yogurt ones, but I was wondering how they turn out. Any pointers?

The yogurt dough turns out really well. I've been very happy with it- even added 1 cup of rapadura and rolled it thin and made it into crackers with wonderful results.
