i know, i know...dieting is a nasty habit, but i have recently gone on weight watchers in hopes of shedding the last 5 lbs. of pregnancy weight (my dd is 15 months old), pluse another 10 that i had on before i got pg. i want to lose it all before i get pg again and then feel really out of control.
so i'm coming out of the closet here. i've been on WW for 2 weeks so far, and i'm doing really well on it. the best part is that i'm back to being mindful about what i eat, rather than just shoving food in my mouth when i'm feeling frustrated, sad, overwhelmed, etc. i joined with a friend, so that makes it easier, too.
anyway, if anyone else cares to come out here, please do. perhaps we could support each other, here too (because i can't stand the meetings, they are little bit too weight obsessed)
