Sourdough Bread Recipe?

I finally got some sourdough starter going, but since I've been finishing up some storebought sourdough bread I haven't used it yet. Does anyone have a good one-loaf sourdough bread recipe, NT-style (or is all sourdough bread NT-"legal"?)?

I also just got a book through Half.com that was recomended on my bread machine list. I don't see why you couldn't do any of them by hand!
