I need ideas!! Especially for lunch. My kids will eat pb&j every day!! I've been using organic pb and sprouted sourdough or wheat bread (store bought) but I'd love some new ideas!!

Would they like wraps? You could get sprouted tortillas and wrap all kinds of stuff in them, including different lettuces, leftover meat, raw cheese, spreads, etc.

I keep waiting for someone to post their fabulous ideas here so I can get some, too. Maybe I can throw out my not-so-fab ideas and generate some momentum??

We usually do oatmeal for breakfast, sometimes with fresh fruit and occasionally with bacon or sausage. My kids aren't crazy abt eggs.

Lazier days we do sprouted wheat bagels. Or some other toast- cheese, PB, etc

Lunch is either leftovers, soup or sandwiches. We just can't give up our bread- tho it is sprouted wheat sourdough (store-bought).

The heat of summer here in the south is making anything hot unappealing. My kids would eat their weight in fruit, but I don't want them to have all the sugars- even if it is naturally occurring!

Cmon everybody- post your great ideas- and even your imperfect ones.
