That's right, Miss Perfect Paisley Pants made me start my very own introductory thread. Blame her!
My name is Arwyn (you never coulda guessed, huh?), I'm 24 years old, am partners with Gary, together for 8.5 years, this is very much a wanted baby, conceived naturally after over a year of trying and on the forth cycle of charting. I had just gotten my progesterone levels tested, and was going to start Vitex and probably sublingual progesterone next cycle. Apparently just the promise/threat of going for the bigger guns was enough, 'cause at 13dpo, with a usual luteal phase of no more than 11 days, I got two beautiful BFPs!
I'm an aspiring midwife - had been planning on starting midwifery school in March 07, but I think I'm going to be a little busy then! - and all around natural pregnancy/birth/baby junky. I'm darn cool, I'm addicted to MDC, and my breasts hurt so much I wore a bra yesterday for the first time in a year and it felt good.
Did I forget anything?
Oh yes, I'm not a fan of due dates, I dislike gestational counting that starts with last menstrual period, and I'm only just over 2 weeks past ovulation, so I won't be saying "I'm at 5 weeks" or "due March 6" anytime soon, but someone else in my situation might say something like that.
