MDC bumperstickers?

I was reading (and I posted about this) about bumperstickers in TAO and I thought it would be so cool to have an MDC bumperstickers -- we could have the mothering website on it. It would be useful to meeting other mdc moms around town and to spread the word about mothering. And it would make a great fundraiser!

So, I guess my real question, is, does MDC already have bumperstickers? and if not, can we have one/make one?

I'd pay money for one! And that could help buy a new server, right? (OK, well, it might take selling more than one to afford a new server.)

It was suggested in the other thread that it could be one of those black and white oval stickers and say MDC, with mothering.com underneath in small letters. I love this and would definitely buy one!

So can there be something done!?!?!?!?!??!?!

What about a magnet instead of a sticker....I KNOW my dh would NOT let me put ANY sticker on but a car magnet is fine.

I would definitely buy a car magnet!

Cynthia should take it into consideration. It would be an excellent way to raise money to offset the cost of the forums.

I would buy a whole bunch depending on price and send with my orders!!!

I would maybe even offer both magnet and sticker...

I'd absolutely buy one! Heck, I'd buy a t-shirt too!

You know you can make your own on cafepress.com, but I'd love to support the cause instead. Maybe the mods would like to make the design on cafepress and let people buy them there? Its free to do that, and the designer (MDC in this case) gets some forem of good comission off of every one sold. Just an idea that would be much less hassle then having to invest in shirts and bumper stickers. This way there is no output of money for MDC, but their loyal webbies can show their love on the street!

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I could always make my own, but I thought MDC might want the profits. Seems like something people are interested in.

I also wouldn't want to be stepping on anyone else's toes by designing it. If noone minds, I would be happy to do it, though. I'm thinking just the simple oval design with MDC and mothering.com on it.
