And I don't think we are terribly frugal, but we don't make a lot of money either. I tend to spend too much money on fabric and yarn for my sewing/knitting. I think my DH spends too much on eating out. We're both cheap about the heat (house has been at 60 all winter--colder at night), new clothes, stuff for the house and cable (don't have it). We're trying to save up now because if I get pregnant (hopefully soon--fingers are crossed) then once we have a kid health insurance will be much more expensive, plus DH's student loans are in deferrment right now but not for much longer. Anyway, I'm really interested in hearing how other people have cut costs. A lot of people say they've 'cut back' a lot, but I'm not really sure what that means. I'd love to hear specific ways that people are frugal.
