Has anyone heard this about Olive Garden salads??

My SIL was telling me the other day that when she was pregnant, some friends of hers swore that something in the Olive Garden salad/salad dressing induced labor. Has anyone else heard this? What could be in a salad that might induce labor?

SIL said that she ate their salad for an office party, and then went into labor the next day, three weeks early. It kind of sounds like a coincidence to me, but I guess you never know!!

Lurking from DIA....

I have heard that about other restaurants ( cant remember which, i just know they werent in my area ) but never about OG.
Might have to check it out in a few weeks!

that's funny because i had the hugest cravings for their salads this pregnancy (everytime i saw their commecials i promised myself i'd take a lunch there just for the salad, but i never did). unfortunately(maybe fortunately) i couldn't stomach italian type dressings. terrible, terrible heartburn. had to stick with ranch for my salads.

well, i guess if i go overdue i know where to go to eat!

I am sure it was coincidence because we go there almost every week and I LOVE their salad. I would have my baby loooong time ago if it was true.....

That's so weird. Haha, maybe if I'm still hanging in there in a day or two, I'll take a trip to Olive Garden.

I don't know about the salad, but Red Hot cayenne pepper sauce does something! I LOVE it and put it on everything. We've been making hot wings a lot lately, and I swear when I eat that stuff I get more BH ctx. Additionally, DS seemed to be more into nursing after I ate something with Red Hot on it

Haha, guess where we ate dinner tonight? So I'll let you all know if the salad dressing works or not.
