Blue Ice CLO vs NN CLO

The kids love NN CLO but I would like to switch over to Blue Ice (high vitamin). Do they taste similar? A lot different? Also which flavor is most kid friendly? The kids don't like mint. They like the orange and peach NN CLO.

The cinnimon high vitamin is working for us...my toddler likes it!

I want to second the "cinnamon" flavor. My son likes it. I take a teaspoon of raw butter and pour a little bit of CLO on top. I don't know if that is a right thing to do, but I can't afford butter oil now.

I doubt they taste similar, but wanted to voice another vote for cinnamon!

I think I preferred the lemon mint nordic naturals, but the minty blue ice we currently have is fine. DD has taken them both without protest.

I was wondering if it might be better to use the low vitamin stuff for kids, because they would get more EFAs per recommended vits A & D doses. What do you think?

Depends on what the rest of their diet is on EFA's. Grass fed meat, dairy and eggs also have them.

But to get the 5,000 IU of A, you would need what, 5 teaspoons of NN? Too much omega 3's are not good either. And how would you get them to slurp that much.
