well, I sold my stoller after dd was about 18months thinking I won't use it for my next kid. It was one of those that holds a carseat.
I got a super awesome maya wrap and use it just about all day long--my son is about 3 months. I wish I had kept my stroller for a couple reasons.
1--My back is killing me. I had serious back problems while pregnant and it hasn't gotten better, in fact the sling is making it worse, but I've "trained" him to absolutely LOVE the sling.
2--I spend a lot of time outside and I can hardle fathom putting long sleeves and pants and socks on him (as well as hat) b/c he's too young for sun screen. When we go for a walk, he HATES to have his head covered if he's awake--so hats and the sling tail are out and then his legs stick out the bottom of the sling so they have to be covered.
3--because of the above two reasons, it makes it REALLY hard to enjoy outdoor events where there's not much shade and I have to walk long distances.

all that said, the only other reason I can see for stroller is if your kid WANTS to be in the stroller. Eventually the kind of like a bit of freedom (and so will you)....it doesn't make you non-AP if your kid sits in a stroller.....now, if he DOESN'T want the stroller and you leave him there......just bring your sling with you!
