I love my prenatal yoga workout - it makes me feel like not such a house. that and swimming at the pool almost every day have really made me feel better about my body this time around than I have before.
Unfortunately, i think I'll be holding off the yoga for a few days. DH gave me the progesterone shot this morning after the yoga (it's to hold preterm at bay, since all my other guys were early with the last at 32 weeks after 10 week sof bedrest. Progesterone's been shown to keep previous preterm mamas from going preterm again) anyway, the shots are intramuscual, in my fanny, and he hit a nerve today doing it, so I'm walking funny and my leg is so sore
