Anyone have one> I am interested in the britax regent (also known as the husky) for my almost 3yr old. It fits on the seat well ( tried it at the store) however where his feet are now his toes touch the back of the seat.. it is very big however so much better then others i have looked at for weight and having a 5point harness ( i dont want a booster upright that uses a seatbelt). The marathon didnt fit at all so its only the regent ( husky) though will his legs grow before his feet get bigger? Does that make sense?

Hi - We have a Subarau Outback Wagon and a Britax Marathon - and a 3 y/o son. He fits fine in the seat and his feet don't touch the seat in front of him unless he tries to kick it. We have his seat behind the front passenger seat and that seat is most of the way back.....I am just wondering if you can adjust the front seat in some way to make room for your son's feet?

WOW ANNe, it seemed as though the marathon wouldnt fit at all . we have a 2005-6 outback subaru. If you have a digital camera would you mind emailing or linking me a pic of him in it.. I felt like i would have had to move the seat waaaay up to get it to fit.. hmmm..

we tried the marathon and regent at a local baby store

We have a Legacy wagon and a Marathon - it fits fine. Maybe you could try it out at the store before buying?

We have the '06 Outback and have the Britax Boulevard behind the passenger seat. When the seat is all the way back DS can put his feet up on the back of the seat, but we don't mind, because he is endlessly fidgeting with his feet and it's a good place for them. They hang down though (when he lets them) without touching the seat in front. And we could easily move up the seat and he'd have even more room. I'd try the Boulevard, as it harnesses to 65lbs and fits well.

good luck!
