Somehow I managed to escape them on my belly, but I have them all around my breasts (which haven't gotten THAT much bigger IMO) on my butt, and a nice new patch on my upper thigh. And I have only gained about 20 pounds. Ah the joys of motherhood
It might be easier to ask where I don't have them...
yep, me too. No new ones this time, though. Definitely an oddly smaller belly this time - measuring 37cm at nearly 41 weeks, so who knows... hoping this is not one of my 9lbers.
I have them mainly on my belly. They never got any chance to heal from my last pregnancy, so I now have stretch marks on top of stretch marks. I used to have little red ones on my inner thighs and my butt, but those disappeared after I had my first, and oddly enough never returned during this pregnancy. Im already nearly 37 weeks, so i think I'm in the clear as far as getting any more stretch marks. Oh yes... I'll also add that the stretch marks I had on my inner thighs did NOT show up until AFTER my delivery. I had a horrible nurse who kept shoving my legs into my chest. Those marks were caused by her- not by gaining weight. :
Mine showed up last week. They are all on my lower belly, south of the belly button so the only time I can see them is in the mirror after I get out of the shower. They aren't as big as the ones I got with DS, but my belly was already pretty stretched out plus I've only put on 25 lbs this time vs. 45 lbs with him.
mine don't seem to have changed since I was pregnant the first time, but they do fade significantly and then come back with a vengeance every time....belly, hips, boobs, back....basically my entire upper body, eek!
Last time my stretch marks got stretch marks, lol! But it seems like this time I'm not getting any more. I'm 37 weeks now, so I suppose there's a bit more time to stretch, but I don't see any new red ones on my belly. They're all from the last two, and of which there are plenty!
I have a few under each boob but none on my belly yet. I know my boobs have gotten bigger, but I didn't realize how much! And these showed up early, like 20 weeks.
Absolutely nothing on my belly, but I have a few on my boobs, and a few on my left hip, and several down my inner thighs and some very faint ones on my calves from the massive swelling I'm having!
The ones I already had weren't bad at all considering the number of times I've been pregnant. This time I've added a few new ones mid belly and that's really it.
Somehow, despite heredity, I managed to avoid any stretch marks on my stomach during either pregnancy. : I think this is due, in part, to the fact that I have a really long torso and I don't stick really far out during my pregnancies. That said, last time I put on 55 pounds and got some nasty sm's on my thighs and breasts. This time though I only gained 35 pounds and those didn't re-stretch.
