Ugh, the waiting--complain about it here! - Page 3

I'm still here. And still complaining. 5 days until due date and I'm getting VERY impatient. I don't sleep anymore because it's too uncomfortable. By the time I get comfortable and fall asleep, I have to pee. I can't wait to be holding this little one. My 6 year old dd asks me every day, "Did your water break yet??" UMM, nooo...........

I wanna hold a little baby already!
I'm here with you! I'm 38 weeks tomorrow too, and I know I know I know I know I know this baby won't come early but it's so hard to watch everyone! I'm still working for the next week, which helps pass the time, but I'm ready!

I'm still here and still complaining! 39 weeks today. DS was born around 7 am at 39w0d, so this is now officially the longest that I have been pregnant.

Come on, now, let's sing along with Tom Petty...

I shouldn't have "chosen" yesterday as the day baby would be born.. That basically, didn't work...

Hmmm, crampy contractions for the last hour or two. Really crampy. Prodromal labor getting an early start today? The start of something else?

aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh, I just don't know!!!! I need to go to the grocery story anyway, maybe the walking will do me good.

Though I do know that I am SO ready for DS to get off of me! This is a 1600 sq ft house, the only 2 sq ft he wants to occupy is right on top of my belly?

I had an NST today and things looked beautiful. Monday they will sweep my membranes and then if that doesn't work next Saturday I'll go to the birth center to have my water broken. That will be the 22nd! I can't IMAGINE going that long! But there has to be a plan just in case.

I found out that my favorite midwife is on call for the next several days so maybe my babe has been waiting to know for sure that Trish will be delivering him because he knows how much I luv her! :

I am waiting........and complaining. But not really about waiting for the baby...

I am just SO BORED!!! I know I have a 3 yo at home, but even with him I am BORED! I am so sick of reading books and playing playdough! I HATE summers around here, I don't wanna leave the house, and the days are d..r...a...g..g...i..n...g f...o....r....e....v...e....r

Please baby, I am not anxious to get you out, but it would be nice to have something to do for once.......

I'm due Friday and I'm getting way impatient. I've had cramps most mornings and some incredibly erractic contractions here and there...some painless BH and some not so painless. And...nothing. It's strange, too, because it seems like I'm less achy now than I was a few weeks ago. Which, while being nice, isn't very encouraging. I remember with DS, during the last few weeks he was so low that I felt like all I had to do was jump up and down a couple of times and out he'd come. This is nothing like that. On the other hand, DH is up for a promotion (has been for awhile, his company is not that great when it comes to making decisions in a timely manner) that would shoot us into another tax bracket, and I've kind of been hoping that we'll hear about that before the baby comes. When we had DS, we were absolutely broke, so it'd be nice to have this one without the worry. We'll see. Going to see the doc tomorrow afternoon, hopefully all the "here and there" contrax have at least made some progress.
