Full Moon alert! - Page 2

well, i was super uncomfortable last night.. up every couple of hours, but just general discomfort, not anything labor related...

part of me doesn't care when baby comes, i am scheduled for a section on the 19th so it won't be longer than that, but another part of me is hoping to go ito labor on my own.....

I woke up this morning and bawled my head off. All last night it felt like one long contraction and I was up every hour to pee. It was agony! But there were no real start/stop contractions. When I really go into labor it better be short and sweet with all this build up!

Sorry that the moon didn't fulfill our hopes.
I even went out at 1am and did a little moon prayer.

i was really hoping to see some announcements, but then again, maybe they are too busy having a baby to post yet:

i get so excited at the full moon, but i've never had a baby during one.

if it can moves ocean tides....

I even combined the full moon with sex (though it was a few hours before 3:00am) and still nada. The sex was amusing. Much more trouble than it's worth at this point. Even dh agrees. How sad is that.

I have told several ppl that asked if we were having sex the same ... more trouble than its worth

I thought something was going on, but stair-walking seems to have killed it.

Sex here is pretty, um, interesting these days too. I have to keep reminding myself of the ripening power of prostaglandins.

My dh keeps reminding me of this same thing :
It's not working out this week. He's working nights and by the time the kids are in bed, he's walking out the door. Oh, well, Thursday night is the last night and he'll be back on days next week. Much more efficient getting kiddos to bed when there are two of us.

The full moon (and being 10 days late) worked for me! My baby was born Tuesday morning the 11th. I went into labor at 10 on the 10th.
