I am now 4 weeks ppd and 2 days ago I noticed that I was feeling a little sore. Last night I was feeling around and I thinks its the tear that is bothering me. It's sore feels, like its stretching and there is pressure down there. Is this normal. I had a pretty good tear, almost to my bottom but I was feeling good 5 days ppd so why would I be hurting now?
