I totally dreamd last nite that I got up in tatoo man's face & told him "this is not about feminism, Rush Limbaugh!" hee just remembered that!

But, I'm not a fan of Angela. I was heartbroken last nite for Malan, I thought his wierdness was such an asset to the show! The dress blew, but like someone else said, at least he made one! WHY would they keep miss "I don't sketch" Angela? It was like she wanted to do everything possible to rattle (what's his name?) her partner's cage. I actually liked his dress minus the space cadet shoulder caps & it was funny on the runway when ANgela got contradicted by everybody in her rush to hate on it. I loved the discussion in the break room with her & Jude Law Jr, he just gets her all worked up & then "ok buhbye"

Gee, what else did I love about this? Just everything, can you imagine what dressing Miss USA in the Miss UNiverse pageant is going to do for Kayne's biz? The organza was perfect. When they announced the challenge I thought he was going to go nuts!

back to the 1st Ep for just a sec, I loved when they came back to their rooms & they were still TORE UP!! Guess they have fixed them now, huh?

can't wait for next week, maybe I will watch a repeat & try to learn their names!

Kayne's dress was gorgeous. Does anyone know if she did in fact wear it to the pageant? (it did remind me a little of Donald Trump's bride's dress)

Interesting article about Michael. I'm curious as to if he is the one that develops into the villian or if they are calling Angela a villian.

In episode 1, didn't Angela make a cool brown leather skirt/outfit? Or was that someone else?

I was thinking that is why they kept her because of the first episode's outfit and they know she has talent. I wasn't a fan of hers in the second episode however.

I really thought Kayne's dress was a neat pageant dress *I'm not into pageant dresses.* I hope she does wear one like it. A lot of the other designers did not seem to grasp the concept of a pageant dress IMHO.

Me too! Only my adoration for PR can get me to watch a pageant but I can't wait to see kayne's dress or whatever kind of incarnation they have of it.

Not a change! But, she really is short, huh. Or maybe it's the angle of the pic. I think she should have had an up-do for her hair. My. I'm opinionated from just one picture! Wonder what Kayne was doing tonite, think he got to be there?

I am sorry but when dh and I saw the dress on the Miss Universe show, we just about died laughing. It was such a hideous dress! The other contestant had WAY better dresses. :

As soon as I saw Miss USA dress, I thought she lost because of the dress The bottom frills was awful and the color of the dress, what is that called?

I miss the episode of making of the pageant dress, but I am another die hard fan of Project Runway.

I totally watched the last half of the pageant to see the gown. : Anyone else notice that they had Santino as a judge? I liked Kayne's gown except for the bottom. There were worse IMO though - Paraguay's looked like an acid flashback and I swear Puerto Rico's was made of slinkys.

I am glad Malan is gone. His laugh really creeped me out. If his story about his mom was true then that is sad, but it seemed weird and inappropriate (desperate maybe?) that he brought it up. I think he just weirded me out overall.

Late to this thread as I had Tivo'd the episodes up to now and didn't want to find out who was Aufed!

I think they made a mistake last week and that Vincent should have gone. I also think that he should have gone this week too, they only heard his side of it. She asked constantly what he wanted her to do and he would not let her do anything. Also if I were her and I was afraid that we both might get the ax if we lost then I would have questioned him as well. That wasn't being a bad partner imo it was being smart, as up to then they thought there was a chance they could both go, kwim?

just found this thread... I can't *believe* I am sucked into this show. You have no idea how much I don't give a poop about clothing or fashion. But, I am 8 days postpartum and there is nothing on in summer, and now I'm hooked!

I am really bummed about malan - he was so interesting! The other one should have gone.

eta - when do new episodes air? My dvr is just recording them all and it's lots of repeats

The new episode shows on Weds. nights at 10:00PM in our area. The previous episode will show at 9:00 PM, right before it. The latest episode will repeat the next day, during the day sometime, but without the polls.

I loved that dress. I would not wear that myself but it looked great on Tara and it did just what it was supposed to do, make her look beautiful. Also, Kane was right, there are probably few dresses like that.

I think he made the story up. He was so into his fake accent and drama.

I like the sophisicated woman (I can't remember her name), the architect, mom of 5. I would totally wear all her stuff (if i was 6 ft tall and thin! )
