i was just wondering what your favorite music is to listen to when you want to relax and wind down. i have had a lot of favorites over the years (i've been a mom for over 10 years now!) but my new favorite has to be a man named wayman tisdale. He is a former NBA star and is now a great solo jazz bassist. his record 'way up' just puts me in a mood that i like to call 'calm but capable' . . . it calms my tense self down, but it isn't sleepytime music! just a really good balance. my friend at umgd showed me his website (www.waymantisdale.com) a few weeks ago before i went out to get the cd -- i had never heard of him before that. anyway, i highly recommend him! that is my recommendation. anyone else know anything about this guy, or have other recommendations?
