I have some fuzzi bunz, some kissaluvs, and prefolds.. I always go for the fuzzibunz first. The kissaluvs get SO wet and she HATES them. Also I am air drying them outside.. so they are not very soft anymore. The fuzzi bunz I don't have inserts that really fit them, but I am making due. I am so confused about cloths.. but I am doing it.. so I guess that's something. I have been putting her in disposable diapers at night, until I run out anyway.:

A lot of my newborn stash doesn't fit on my little chunky girl. I use the Kissaluv 0's and (barely, one row snapped) the newborn Nanipoos but that is it. My NB Sugarplum Baby, Tykies and prefitteds won't fit at all. As soon as her umbilical stump falls off I'll move her into the size small fitteds and Fuzzi Bunz.

OK so right now i am using pampers newborns
I have motherease cotton diapers to use when she's about 2 months old (they're not a good fit yet) - this worked well with dd1 so i think it will this time around as well..........

Some of our newborn dipes didn't fit right off the bat. The XS fuzzi bunz fit fine in the waist and not at all in the leg! :

prefolds and prefitteds are working marvelously, and the small FB fit on the smallest settings. Baby is about 9-9 or a bit less if he's lost since a week ago.

Also, interestingly, the motherease one-size DO fit. They are bulky but I don't mind that and neither does he. So, they are fitting the newborn and the 30+ toddler. Pretty impressive.

I'm loving the wool and wish I had more wraps and fewer soakers, bc the pull-on is not fun when he's crying, he hates the dipe changes.

We are using prefolds right now. I didn't buy any NB fitteds. When shes big enough we will put her in Motherease onesize. Lovin the prefolds!

I love love love prefolds! I have Lochlan in preemies and NB proraps and they are much better than sposies. (I totally love the bikini twist fold) We have had several pee blowouts in the 7th generation sposies (using them for convenience at night) and I think I just want to do cloth full time from now on! My pockets on the other hand have been difficult. I'm leaking with them but I just have to get better at stuffing them. I always feel bad when I change his diaper because I hate that the prefold get SO WET! But I wipe him down with a warm cloth everytime and he doesn't seem to be getting rashy or complaining. I do diaper laundry everyday and I love it.
I do have a couple fitteds that are cool but I hate the bulk. I'm hoping he will fit into his infant prefolds soon since they look so much more absorbant. I tried one on him but it was just way too bulky for my little chicken baby!

As she started wetting more I had to start using my infant CPFs, I just didn't have enough other dipes that were big enough to fit her but had the umbilical notch or snapdown. The Nanipoos and Kissaluv 0's alone just weren't cutting it, she was peeing & pooping too much. The CPFs barely fit her, though, I could barely get them snappi'd on but they did OK trifolded in a cover.

Her umbilical stump came off yesterday so now I can use my small FBs and other slightly larger fitteds, woo hoo!
