I have no appetite. I am thinking about setting an alarm to eat, because I'm afraid that I will ruin my metabolism. I'm up at about 6:30 a.m., and I drink some water and have a cup of coffee. By 1:00 p.m., I will realize that I haven't eaten yet. (Actually, today, I didn't realie it until 3:00 p.m.) So I'll go to the fridge, look in it, drink some water, look in the fridge again. If there's fruit, I'll eat it. Today, there wasn't any fruit, so I ate about 6 tortilla chips with salsa. I'll eat dinner if someone else makes it, or if I have to make it for dd or dh. But if they're not here, I'll forget to eat.
What's wrong with me? Shouldn't I be more hungry than I was during pregnancy? After all, I'm expending more calories bfing, right?
