My mom gave me this for Christmas and I absolutely love it. Gorgeous illustrations and very sweet ideas inside. Plus it's just structured enough so that I can be creative about what I include...

This is the prettiest carrier, and fit my shoulders and figure (at 5'6") much better than the Ergo. I got it when my daughter was about nine months, two years ago - it doesn't appear to have...

This potty is great - excellent value & performance! (plus it's cute!) My 9 month old DS took to it right away. He is a big boy (30 in. tall - feet not quite on floor - & 27 lbs.) and this is...

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

Anyone else feel like this country is on a treadmill re: this topic?? Ugh.
Funny how she used the phrase "bare-chested" twice, I've nursed for over four years total so far and never been bare-chested doing so in public, nor in nearly forty years of life have I ever seen a woman NIP bare-chested... if she lives in a location where women are actually so comfortable nursing they do it without shirts in public, I'd like to know just where that is. Actually I'd like to visit there, but I fear the location is squarely in the middle of her imagination.

My sisiter told me the same thing was GMA this morning and they were interviewing on the street and somene said somehting like it "it is ridiclous the way they take thier shirts off" Ummm has anyone even the most 'militant" (to quote from that blog) ever taken a shirt off?
I don't even take my shirt off at home.
I also lovethe woman on the blog that said the only reason to breastfeed in public is for attention b/c otherwise women would jsut use a pump. Well I can pump tons of milk but since my baby wont take a bottle all that pumping would be for naught!

I refuse to put myself out just because someone might be a bit uptight about me breastfeeding, if they are uncomfortable thats their problem. There is no federally sanctioned right to be comfortable all the time. I do have a federally sanctioned right to feed my child.
I guess if red hair made me uncomfortable I could request all red heads cover their hair? (FTR, red heads don't make me uncomfortbale, my son is a red head. LOL)
