They were talking about nursing. They made it sound like you do more pumping then nursing and the co-host who is currently nursing mentioned formula. I hope someone else caught this. Abby was fussy and wanted boob. I couldn't latch her quick enough LOL.

You have to realise who watches the view. Mainstream women, who probably won't have any qualms about formula feeding.

I think the women on the view did well; they breastfed, they discussed breastfeeding and pumping, and no one dissed breastfeeding.

no it was new, the guest host is curently bf and she was pumping before she got on air today. The only semi-negative comment i heard today was about the uglyness of nursing bras (which i agree most are awful) and elizabeth kinda having a dig at joy when joy was saying how the old pumps used to be like a trumpet horn, to which elizabeth relyed quite snarky "they have electricity now". As if to point out that joy was born in the dark ages.
