I have bought all of my canvas at dick blick on line. They have really good deals on bulk orders. Good luck, it is so much fun to do the BIG paintings, I am very addicted.

Stretching canvas is really not hard at all- don't limit yourself because you think you lack this one skill- it's totally do-able. I learned how to stretch canvas in HS... actually we first learned how to stretch water color paper- have you ever painted on good rag that was stretched? It's so nice! In the long run the cost of the pulling plyers and the staple gun is nothing. Just work alternatly on each axis- x and y starting at the center and working outwards.
