Is anyone using V&BS to do laundry in a front loader?

If you are, how is it working? How much are you using? Are you just dumping the BS right in with the clothes?

I have a friend who is so excited about the concept, but had so many problems figuring out how to use her front loader in the first place, she's afraid to just wing it. Any advice would be great.

Thank you!

front loader, baking soda and vinegar

I saw some threads relating to the subject over in the cloth diaper forum.

If I remember correctly, the advice was chuck the baking soda in with the clothes, and add the vinegar to the liquid fabric softener door.

Good luck

Dissolve the baking soda first with water (you can use a measuring up or a glass or something) before chucking it in with clothes. It'll just get stuck in the folds of the clothes otherwise.
