A group I'm in, this girl was saying how she planned to circ (so he could look like his daddy, ugh). I'm not sure if she ended up doing it or not and I don't want to ask because I'm afraid of the answer. So, anyways, she just had her baby and posted some pictures. There's one where he's naked, and it's obviously within a couple hours of his birth, and you can see his little intact penis. I saw that and it made me want to cry knowing that it very well got chopped up just so it would "look better."

Why does it hurt so much? It's not even my kid!

My 25 y.o. daughter lives with a very nice young man and yest. she told me that his Mom is a nurse. I was scared to ask her. . . is he intact??? Seems like so many nurses are so ignorant about this subject. You can imagine my relief when she said that "yes" he is intact!!!!! Now, I'm wondering what happens when I'm introduced to his Mom. Do I throw my arms around her neck, weep and exclaim "Thanks so much for keeping your son intact!" Do you think she'll
write me off as a complete nutbar? I think I'd better practise being suppressed
for awhile.
