Help! Play Dough In Carpet!!!

yellow play dough, smeared in carpet!! HELP!! Its still wet/soft...hasnt dried yet!

If you put ice cubes on it it will get hard and is easy to break apart and get out...then use whatever you use for stains if the yellow left a mark.

If you let it dry, it just chips off

Seems like the best way is to let it dry by itself (do not add water or ice of any kind) and to then flake it off. Use a stiff brush or lice comb to get rid of any tiny pieces. You can then vacuum and treat the stain as you would any other stain (baking soda, vinegar, OxiClean, Resolve, whatever).
