i heard back from the design school and it's looking good they have 2 classes they want me for, but i have to do one more interview with the provost and get some letters of rec. together

HBM!!! OMG, it is just too exciting to stalk your birth. Even the start-and-stop contractions are fun when you are watching from afar....

okay someone start a new thread already!!!

guess what? the kids got fed breakfast FIRST this morning. it was soooo nice to all be sitting down to breakfast together, although a little awkward since i was not apologizing and he is being overly sweet. you know the real problem. it's been 5 days since he's had any detainment. he is so spoiled that's why he's so pissy and now so sweet.

guess what i did today? i declared it a no-car day, and 6yo ds and i took the bus everywhere. it has been so much fun!!!!!!! it was supposed to be bonding time just with ds and me, but then his cousin wanted to come. so i agreed to kid-swap one of mine for the cousin and to take the 2 big boys. but then the babies (2yo boy and girl) were so sad and crying to not be going on the big city bus adventure, that i decided heck, i'd take them all. but i didn't have enough money, so they all had to gather birthday $, whatever to pay for the visit to the children's museum. today was an ozone action day, so the buses were free. yippee!! we are going to do this every other friday - just my 6yo and me!

ummm, i slept in and didn't run b/c my mama friend slept in and didn't call.

to all you mamas having it tough right now. i hope it passes soon for you all. i'm thinking about you...
