Labor "gift" for new mama?

A close friend is having her first birth naturally in a birth center. I love the idea of the birth beads and blessings that our DDC is doing. Does anyone have any gift ideas along those same lines? I want to send her something encouraging and empowering. Ideas??

Oh, Earth Mama Angel Baby has GREAT gift ideas. I bought my friend a PP gift basket. It had tea and some differnt things like nipple salve. She loved it.

I have given "Birthing from within", or how about "Spiritual Midwifery" or a really nice lavender essentil oil that she can put in the water?
